The median sale/list price for the given data shows a fluctuation in prices between different months and years. The median sale price for December 2022 is $1,199,000 and it decreases in January, February, and May 2023. However, it increases in March, April, June, and July while remaining stable in August, September, October, and November 2023. The median sale/list price for December 2022 is $1,180,000 and it increases gradually until June 2023 before declining in July, August, October, and November 2023. The highest median sale/list price is recorded in June 2023 at $1,400,000.
