Being first time homebuyers, my wife and I had many questions and needed an experienced realtor to help guide us through the process and be an honest representative for us. Charles was all of these things and more. We searched for a home for almost 6 months and Charles never balked when we couldn’t find a home we loved. His quote was “If it takes a year or more to find YOUR home then that’s what it takes!”. All through the process he was always looking for our best interest and not trying to make an extra $$ in some way.
